LEADER of All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, on Tuesday, pledged never to contest the Presidency against President Muhammadu Buhari.
He noticed that a daily paper answer despite what might be expected was summoned to put him inconsistent with the President
In an emphatic reply to the news report by the day by day, Tinubu avowed his faithful devotion to Buhari, saying changes of him abandoning were oblivious of his reliable political standards.
The every day in its front page report, Tuesday, had asserted that Tinubu had ventured up arrangements to challenge the presidential race, regardless of Buhari’s aims, saying he had penciled down three conceivable running mates, including Governor Aminu Tambuwal, Senator Abu Ibrahim and Serikin Kano, Alhaji Sanusi Lamido Sanusi.
Tinubu in his response issued by Mr. Tunde Rahman, his Media Assistant, stated: “The story is a manufactured tale weaved by its authors to try to create division where there is none. Those who wrote this fantasy piece seek to place Asiwaju Tinubu at odds with President Buhari. Writing such a baseless report is a very foul and wrong thing to do.”
