As the Oyo State Governor, Engr Seyi Makinde continues to bask in the euphoria of his 54th birthday celebration, the Speaker, Hon Adebo Ogundoyin has congratulated the Governor and wished him many more fruitful years ahead.
Hon Ogundoyin in a birthday message to the Governor said it was a grand design by God that Engr Makinde was born on the 25th of December.
According to him, this is why God has blessed the Governor with a Midas touch which is evidence of the rapid transformation and development being witnessed in Oyo State.
“Hearty congratulations to our amiable Governor on his birthday. Many Happy Returns of the day. Thanks for being a leader with complete honour and integrity. I am wishing you many more years of service to Oyo state in sound health, mind and longevity
“Through your people and development-driven agenda, the pacesetter state has already been transformed. Oyo State is becoming a model for good governance and purposeful leadership in the country. You are indeed exceptional and inspirational.,” Hon Ogundoyin said.
While stating that the life of the Governor had been impactful even before he became the Governor, the Oyo State Speaker stressed that his selfless and unassuming disposition as the number one citizen in the State has endeared millions of people to him.
