GARETH Southgate has been confirmed England manager after signing a four years agreement to manage the three lions of England.
Southgate having guided the three lions as interim boss into four games with 2 win and 2 draws following the sack of the previous manager Sam Allardyce in September.
The 46years old was former Middleboro and Aston Villa player was a managing England U-21 before taking over the Three Lions of England on interim basis.
Southgate was so proud to paddle the team for four years with annual wages of up to 2m a year, saying “I am extremely proud to be appointed England manager”. He added, “I’m also conscious that getting the job is one thing, now I want to do the job successfully”.
“I’m determined to give everything I have to give the country a team that they’re proud of and one that they’re going to enjoy watching play and develop. For me, the hard work starts now.”
