WITH pomp and pegeantry, the Orangun of Ile Ila, His Royal Majesty, Oba Wahab Adedotun (Bibiire I) the Council of Chiefs and the people of Ila Orangun, Friday, December 29, 2017, installed the aficionado of Travel and Tourism industry in Nigeria, Duchess Funmi Rotiba and a veteran Nollyhood actor, Chief Jimoh Aliu (JP) (Aworo) as the Erelu Asa of Nigeria and Oba Asa of Nigeria, respectively.

The event, which was held at the palace of the Orangun of Ile Ila, was witnessed by prominent Nigerians and art practitioners, such as also known as Yemi Elebuibon, Ambassador Wale Ojo-Lanre, Kareem Adepoju (popularly known as Baba Wande) and representatives of Isese Oodua Development, among many others.
Oba Adedotun, while confering the title of Erelu Asa of Nigeria on the Managing Director of Special Tours Nigeria Limited, said the chietancy title was a reward for her efforts at promoting the huge and rich cultural heritage of the Yorubaland. The recorgnition, according to the monarch, will further boost her moral in doing more, while also serving as encouragement to many other sons and daughters of Yorubaland to emulate the kind gesture.
The historic event was spiced up with electrifying performances of cultural troups and drummers in the land.
The dexterity of a group of kid drummers could not be overlooked as their performernces attracted the attention of the participants at the historic event.
