THE National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Prince Uche Secondus has alerted Nigerians and the International Community that the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) wanted to destroy the Nigerian judiciary barely 30 months to the general election in their desperation to manipulate and thwart the will of Nigerians.

Prince Secondus who led the PDP Presidential campaign train to Jos, Plateau state on Saturday told a mammoth crowd of the party supporters at the Jos Polo ground that APC is afraid of an independent judiciary because of their agenda to rig the election.

The National Chairman said that Nigerians are ready and determined to throw APC away and no amount of threats and harassment will deter the people from affecting the inevitable change.

“They want to kill Senator Dino, they want to kill the Senate President, they want to kill everybody but they will fail because God is with Nigerians

In a statement from his media office signed by Ike Abonyi, the National Chairman warned INEC and security agencies, “let me warn, you cannot rig this election, the will of the of the people must prevail whether you like it or not, that is a democracy.

He assured the people of Plateau that they should vote for PDP candidates in all the elections for lasting peace to come to plateau because the PDP governorship candidate Senator Jerry Useni and Presidential candidate Atiku Abubakar have what it takes to provide enduring peace in the state.

“Atiku Presidency will not sleep until it provides jobs for the teeming youths of Nigeria and ensures harmonious living among the people.

The Presidential Candidate in his own remarks to the jubilant crowd said PDP administration under his watch will ensure lasting peace in the state by proffering an all-inclusive peace strategy.

Speaker after speaker that included the Senate President who is also the Director General of the Campaign Senator Bukola Saraki, former Governors and leaders of the party in the state like Jonah Jang, conscious of the persistent security threats in the state assured the jubilant crowd that PDP coming into power will put an end their the insecurity situation in the state

They noted that 42 months reign of President Muhammadu Buhari and his APC party have left Nigerians more divided and fragmented than ever and promised to bring Nigerians back again as happy and friendly people.

The highlights of the rally were the acceptance of some decamping politician from the ruling APC in the state to the PDP,

The PDP Presidential train moves South wards to the West from Monday when it makes a stop in Ekiti and Ondo states.
