TZAR Boss Encourages Youths To Invest Time, Energy In Profitable Ventures

The Founder and Chairman TZAR foundation, Mr Rasaq Temitayo Zubair has enjoined youths to invest their time and energy in ventures that would better their lives.

Mr Temitayo gave the advice during the final football match of TZAR Olota Community Unity Cup at Oluyemi Kayode stadium, Ado Ekiti.

The Chairman charged the players to be focused and determined in making a decent living via sports. He reiterated that part of the aims and objectives of the foundation is youths and women empowerment. He said thousands of youths are wasting their innate abilities because no one could champion their course.

He explained further that he decided to influence the lives of Ado Ekiti youths who might find it difficult to get assistance and exposure to make their dreams of playing on international levels come true.

He promised that the TZAR Olota Community Unity Cup which would be played annually would attract dignitaries from all walks of life starting from 2022.

Mr Temitayo opined that the competition would bring out the best from the players hence, he promised to connect the outstanding players to agents that would expose them to both State and International scouts.

In the final match, after 90 minutes, Shakers FC and Champions FC played out a 2-2 draw which necessitated a penalty shoot out. Shakers FC went ahead to lift the Cup after claiming victory with 5 goals to 4 through a penalty kick.

Asides from the trophy, both finalists were gifted Jerseys and cash prizes by the founder of the TZAR foundation along with other complimentary gifts.

Reacting to the success of the competition, the chairman local organizing committee of the competition, Mr Bello Mustapha (popularly known as Saye) thanked the founder, Tzar foundation for providing funds, necessary materials and support for the competition.

Mr Saye said the competition has united all the players who participated, saying the entire process was peaceful from the opening event to the final.

Also, the Coaches including their players applauded the gesture of Mr Temitayo Zubair Abdulrasaq for using his Resources to unite and showcase Grassroot players.

They equally commend all the players for displaying a high level of maturity and professionalism throughout the competition.
