Celebrating the life of an Icon, Prince Olajide Clement Ishola Adeyemi-Akinson will always be in the memories of the invited guests from Nigeria and Abroad, Cream La De Cream of the society and all the people in Ibokun town.
The ceremony started from Uniosun Mortuary Services Department Anatomy in Asubiaro, Osogbo, Osun State to his residence, at Rock of Ages, F36, Odo Agbala streets, Ibokun in Osun State.
The lying in state was wonderfully displayed and performed by Farewell Funeral Home at the beautifully decorated environment.
Service of songs started by 5pm anchored by the officiating Ministers of God from Saint Micheal Catholic Church at Ibokun in Osun State.
The service of songs/Christian wake keep started with opening prayer said by Ach,Odinde Lawrence followed by song ministration from Saint Micheal Catholic Church Choir, Ibokun Parish in Osun State. Bible lesson was read by Mrs Anjorin while the sermon was delivered by Ach. Benedict Olojede
According to Olojede, it’s very important to do good on the earth because when death come you shall state all what you have done on earth whether good or bad.
He stressed further, not how many times you go to church or your money contributions that God will ask you no, it’s those that you gave food when hungry or clothed when naked. So, it’s very important to change your bad attitude to good.
Olojede now charged them to move closer to god because after death, their is salvation.
Finally, children, families and relatives showered encomiums on the late Prince Olajide Clement Adeyemi and a closing prayer was said by Ach, Benedith Olojede.
The following day, Saturday, 26th of March, 2022, the corps left his residence to Saint Micheal Catholic Church, Ibokun Parish for the final service.
The preacher, Rev. Father Paul Akinyode charges the people who attended the service to no that after death their is judgment and what you do when you are onthe earth will be the judgment after your death.
From the church, they left for the interment to perform the dust to dust.
At the reception in Ibokun Town Hall, it was filled to the brim with dignitaries from all over the world, Cream de la de cream of the society and political Icons to celebrate with the Us based socialite and the Yeye Oge of Dallas Texas, Chief Mrs Toyin Akinwole. The music was supplied by 32 Artillery Brigadebandsd and anchored by Sunday Aridunnu.
