The Executive Chairman, Ifeloju Local Council Development Area, Ilupeju Ekiti, Comrade Babatunde Ogunmilugba has rejoiced and congratulated Christians in his LCDA and Nigeria at large for witnessing this year Easter celebration in peace.
The Chairman, in a statement made available to journalist by his Director of Media, Lawrence Ibitoye, urged Christians to reflect on the significance of the teachings and lessons learnt during the Lenten season, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ in their daily life.
Comrade Ogunmilugba enumerated some of the cogent lessons to includes: Self sacrifice, total obedience, genuine love, humility, tolerance, forgiveness, compassion, renewal of hope, peaceful co-existence and fairness to all and sundry.
The LCDA Boss pleaded with his people to celebrate with modesty and share what they have with people around them for Easter celebration.
Comrade Ogunmilugba reiterated his unwavering commitment towards serving and providing adequate security for the good people of : Ilupeju, Itapa, Osin, Ijelu and Omu-Ijelu Ekiti . He thereby called on them to pray for peace, rapid development and economic boom in Ifeloju LCDA, Ekiti State and Nigeria.
