Prince Isaac Fayose, the younger brother to the former Governor of Ekiti State, Ayodele Fayose, escaped death from a gunmen’s attack along the Ife-Ibadan Expressway, precisely at Gbongan in Osun State, on Monday.

Giving an account of the incident on Monday evening, Mr Isaac Fayose stated that the attack on him and others occurred in the Gbongan area of Osun State.

Narrating his experience in the hands of the gunmen, according to his Facebook post, he said he was coming from Lagos when the incident of attack on him occurred, and many were kidnapped by gunmen at Gbongan in the process.

Fayose, whose car was badly damaged by the gunmen, showed photos of his car that was destroyed by the gunmen.

He wrote on his Facebook page thus: “Thank God for life !!! No life was lost. Many were kidnapped by kidnappers in the Gbongan area of Oyo State coming to Lagos. No security in Nigeria at all. This is why I won’t vote Tinubu and Atiku they changed Goodluck to Buhari”, he wrote.
