The much-awaited time for the grand opening of another achievement from the youngest lawmaker and the current Deputy Chief Whip of Oyo State House of Assembly, Hon. Yusuf Adebisi, will be opened tomorrow by His Excellency, Governor of Oyo State, Engr Oluseyi Abiodun Makinde during his campaign tour to Ibadan Southwest Local Government.

The grand opening is the brainchild of Hon Yusuf Oladeni Adebisi, who represents Ibadan Southwest Constituency 1. Its purpose is to fortify the security challenges of the area and the Ibadan Southwest Local Government.

Ibadan Southwest Constituency 1 comprises Oja Oba, Orita-Merin, Gege, Isale Osi, Bode, Ita Maya, Foko, and Ita Barika, as well as Oke-Ado and Molete. These areas have been known to be prone to security challenges in the past.

Since the inception of this administration under Engr Seyi Makinde and the honourable representing this Constituency, drastic measures have been taken to reduce tension and the incessant perennial crisis that used to exist in this neighbourhood.

In a release signed personally and sent to journalists in Ibadan through his media aide, Temitope Eluyefa, Hon Adebisi explained that what prompted him to embark on the multi-million naira project was to secure a safer environment for his people, who had been abandoned by previous lawmakers and past administrations who used the youths of the constituency as political thugs.
