Seraph Singers, Liberty District Choir Celebrates 50 Years Anniversary In Grand Style

The 50th anniversary of Liberty Seraph Singers, Cherubim and Seraphim Movement Church, Liberty District Headquarters, Oke Ado, Ibadan, will continue to linger in the memories of the choir members, church members and all the guests present for the sophisticated dimensions it took.

Indeed, the church auditorium was filled to the brim with church members in the diaspora, representatives of all the Cherubim and Seraphim Movement Church (CSMC) from the South West States, including Lagos, friends and families in attendance.

The praise night was held at the church auditorium on Friday, October 6, 2023, with the heavy and mighty anointed men of God choir members from the diaspora, Cherubim and Seraphim Movement Church prophets and prophetesses, notable and popular gospel singers and host of others gathered together to celebrate 50th anniversary of the choir tagged: 50 Years of New Glory.

The opening prayer was said by the Most Senior Mother in Israel Prophetess Victoria Iyabo Bankole followed by praises and worship by the host choir, Liberty Seraph Singers led by the USA-based, Special Apostle Gbenga Oderinde.

The host choir then came on stage to kickstart the event with an opening glee. After this, the Master of Ceremony, Tunji Owoso, was introduced and later invited to the Celestial Church of Christ, Apete stage.

Evangelist Leke Ogunbanwo who delivered the sermon, in his exhortation, narrated the meaning of glory and used the word of God to back it up. He then charged members of the Choir, church and the guests to pray and receive the new glory to be permanent in their lives.

Thereafter, there was the dance of the Choir Patron and Matron with the assistance of an ex-chromaster. It was followed by the performance of the Divine Blessing Choir from Cherubim and Seraphim Movement Church, Lagos.

During the program, an award was presented in recognition of the dedication, loyalty, and support of some choir members and church members in helping the Seraph Singers progress.

Thereafter, there was the performance of the Adejoke Sekere Ayo group, who performed excellently to the delight of all followed by the three notable popular gospel singers, Seyi Ajogbajesu, Sade Taiwo and Titi Alayo.

The US-based and Chairman of the Planning Committee of the anniversary, Special Apostle Gbenga Oderinde; Chairperson, Special Mother in Israel (Pastor) Adebanjo, Choirmaster of Seraph Singers, Liberty District Headquarters, Adebowale Ibiyemi, Patron of the Seraph Singers, Baba Adetona, while speaking with Apreel1 Events TV, expressed joy in their hearts and thanked all the people who have contributed for the success of the anniversary.

Also the Liberty Ibadan District Secretary, Special Apostle John Adeyemi; the Church Secretary, Most Senior Apostle Mayowa Ajuwon; Adejoke Sekere Ayo; Choirmaster of Divine Blessing Choir; Most Senior Apostle Micheal Olusesi Choirmaster of Celestial Church of Christ, Apete, Bro Israel Adewale and Titi Alayo, could not hide their happiness to participate in the 50th anniversary.

Special Apostle Segun Ayoola said the closing prayer.

Olajide Ibrahim and Tunji Owoso compared the events while Apreel1 Events TV covered the event.
