A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State and former gubernatorial aspirant, Engineer Oyedele Hakeem Alao (Allow Alao), has congratulated Chief Sunday Dare, on his appointment as Special Adviser, Public Communications by President Bola Tinubu.

Alao in a statement he personally signed said the appointment was well deserved and recognition of his impressive track record and dedication to service.

According to him, Chief Dare is a well grounded administrator and thorough-bred journalist, stating that he was sure that he would add great value to the success of the administration of Mr. President.

He said, “I want to sincerely extend my warm congratulations to my dear brother, the Agba-Akin of Ogbomosoland, Chief Sunday Dare, on his new appointment as Special Adviser, Public Communications to President Bola Tinubu.

I have no doubt in my mind that this well deserved appointment is a recognition of the achievements recorded in the former public offices occupied and I am sure that you will bring your wealth of experience to bear in this new position.

Alao then wished him success as he took up the responsibilities and challenges of the new office, praying that Almighty God will guide him to give his best to the discharge of his duties in the Renewed Hope Agenda of the administration of President Tinubu.

REPORTERS AT LARGE earlier reported that President Tinubu has sacked six Ministers from his cabinet and also forwarded to the National Assembly seven ministerial nominees to take over from the vacant positions.

The President also forwarded seven new ministerial nominees to the National Assembly including wife of late Dim Odeimegwu Ojukwu, Mrs. Bianca Ojukwu for confirmation.
