On Sunday, December 15, 2024, the 50,000-seat church auditorium in Hefsiba City was packed with prominent members of the Celestial Church of Christ, anointed men and women of God, elite members of the society, and a multitude of others gathered to commemorate the life of Jesus Christ in the life of the city’s founder, Prophet (Dr.) Bukunyi Ojo.

“The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands. Day after day, they pour forth speech; night after night, they reveal knowledge. They have no speech; they use no words; no sound is heard. Yet their voice goes out into all the earth, their words to the ends of the world.”

The above from the book of Psalm is an expression of what happened at Hefsiba City, Idunnu Jesu Parish, beside Obat Residence, Alakia area, Ibadan, during the 30th-anniversary adult Thanksgiving service with the theme:
“UNLIMITED GOD”

The Church choir wowed everyone in attendance with a marvellous ministration they rendered and ended their ministration around 2:00pm.

After the choir ministration, Most Sup. Evang. J.D Nunayon was called to deliver his sermon on the theme, “UNLIMITED GOD.”

In his words, Prophet Nunayon updated and upgraded the belief of the congregation in the God of Oshoffa by sharing a few miracles performed by Baba Oshoffa in his presence, like how Baba Oshoffa raised the dead and how he healed a madman, and rounded it up by urging the congregation to support the church building project in Hefsiba.

Thereafter, Prophet Dr Bukunyi Ojo coordinated the offering and tithes session. Then, special guests were introduced, with Jesus Christ as the first important dignitary. Rev (Pastor) SBJ Oshoffa, who was invited as the Chairperson of the day, followed.

Thereafter, Iya Ijo Aladesade and Iya Ijo Hefsiba were called upon to appreciate God’s goodness by dancing, and the congregation was urged to join them.

During an interview with the Queen of the Red Carpet, Fola Slim, men of God and other dignitaries at the church anniversary lauded the founder of Hefsiba City, Prophet (Dr.) Bukunyi Ojo, for his distinct aura of evangelism, approach, and humility, and prayed for more anointing from him.
