Prepare to be captivated! The vibrant culture of Ghana’s Ahanta Kingdom is set to explode onto the global stage with the inaugural Adum White Festival in the Netherlands, scheduled for August 2026. This landmark event promises a rich cultural immersion, fostering connections and showcasing the unique heritage, creativity, and leadership of the Ahanta people.

According to a release, issued by Majesty R. Panford Nfuma (Dixcove), Ahanta Kingdom, the festival, themed “Celebrating Ahanta’s Golden Threads” will be graced by distinguished leaders and cultural icons, including Majesty R. Panford (Nfuma, Dixcove), Nana Kodwo Condua VI, and Royal Jonah Howard, who will together champion a renewed vision of cultural diplomacy, business collaboration, and heritage promotion between the people of Ahanta and the Dutch community.

Speaking ahead of the launch, Majesty R. Panford emphasized the festival’s deeper purpose:

“The Adum White Festival is more than a cultural event—it’s a bridge. A bridge of history, a bridge of unity, and a bridge of opportunity between Ahanta and the Netherlands. We are celebrating our golden threads: the values, traditions, and innovations that make Ahanta unique.”
