EKITI State Governor, Dr John Kayode Fayemi has inaugurated the commissioner for Arts, Culture and Tourism, Prof. Rasaki Ojo Bakare.
Pro. Bakare, who resumed office on Tuesday (today), was welcomes by the Director-General of the Ekiti State Council for Arts and Culture, Ambassador Wale Ojo-Lanre, the Permanent Secretary and other Directors and staff of the newly created ministry.
Recall that Governor Fayemi at the opening ceremony of the 2019 edition of the Ekiti State Festiv of Arts and Culture (EKIFEST) announced an upgrade of the state’s Council for Arts and Culture to the Ministry of Arts, Culture and Tourism.
