Fire guts parts of the Ile-Oodua Palace of the Ooni of Ile-Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi on Wednesday afternoon.
Reporters At Large gathered that the incident started this afternoon inside a located in the palace but the timely intervention of men of fire service prevented spread to other buildings.
Confirming the incident, the Administrative Officer of the State Fire Service, Fatai Aremu said his men are still struggling to put out the fire.
