The Chairman/CEO, Total Grace Group, Dr. Henry Akinduro, has restated the commitment of the group to continue to treat customers as kings, saying they are the basis of the existence of the group.
He gave the commitment while commissioning an outlet of Total Grace Oil, located in Muslim area in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital.
Akinduro who was represented by the Director of Finance, Mr. Abiodun Adu, said Total Grace Oil and other companies under Total Grace Group, would at all times improve on their services to serve the customers more, stating that the group cannot afford to let down their customers.
He said further that apart from rewarding loyal customers of Total Grace Oil with captivating prizes during the monthly raffle draw, new innovations would be put in place to serve the customers better while it would continue to sell fuel at price approved by the government.
He said, “The essence of any business is to provide valuable services to customers and this we will continue to do in Total Grace Group. It is our belief in the Group that without the customers we are nothing, thus this new year 2021, services to our customers will be top notch.
“For the customers of Total Grace Oil, they should be rest assured that the monthly raffle draw where they win fabulous prizes would continue and other innovations would also be put in place to serve them better.”
He however appealed to motorists to be patronizing not only the new outlet but others in the city, stating that they would not regret doing this as they would be buying clean fuel while the new station gave 150 litres fuel free to the customers who thronged the place. .
