Aerovessel Commences Free Training For Aviators In Ado Odo/Ota LG

Aerovessel School of Aviation and Tourism Management in partnership with Ado-Odo/Ota Local government Ogun State commenced free one-week intensive masters training on Ticketing & Tourism Management for 110 Ado-Odo/Ota youths.

The training programme, tagged; “Intensive Masters Training on Ticketing & Tourism Management” started on 7 February ends on 12 February 2022 at NA Dehinde Memorial Hall, Ado-Odo Ota Local Government Secretariat, Ogun State.

Aerovessel is one of the topmost professional Aviation and Tourism Institutes led by professionals and experts in the travel industry.

The Director of Studies, Aerovessel School of Aviation and Tourism Management, Mr Abolaji Kelani who is the chief promoter of the training institute said “I believe it’s good to give back to the society and empower the youths to tap from the prospects in the travel, tourism and aviation industry. Moreover, there is a saying that charity begins at home so as indigene I decided to organise the free training in Ado-Odo/Ota Local Government.

At the opening ceremony, Executive Chairman Ado-Odo/Ota Local Government, Hon. Sheriff Adewale Musa lauded the initiative of the organiser.

In his words, Musa said, “In this post-pandemic recovery, the training programme will help most of the youths start a future career in the expanding tourism and aviation industry”.

“With the achievement of the promoter and what he has been able to achieve in the aviation, tourism and hospitality industry in the country, it is vital for Ado-Odo/Ota Local Government to collaborate”, Musa said.

Kelani concluded, “I felt the need to give opportunities to youths of the Local Government area through the free one-week intensive certificated training course which could provide and make way for the attendees to be self-employed or become employers of labour in the aviation and tourism sector in the country.
