It was all fun when the fuji Icon, Alhaji Wasiu Alabi Pasuma, paid a surprise visit to the fast rising Yes 101.7 FM station.
Getting to the radio station, he hailed its Group Managing Director (GMD), the ace broadcaster and pioneer of good quality broadcasting in Oyo state, NBC/ Yemi Sonde, Mr Yemi Sonde.
Pasuma while speaking on a live program on Yes 101.7 FM with Yemi Sonde, said, ” I am not surprise to see this because the brain behind all these achievements which is Yemi Sonde has laboured for and this is just the 10 per cent of what God wants to do in your life. And I prayed to Him to give you long life to see the remaining 90 per cent of what He has put on ground.”
Pasuma then implored all his fans in Oyo state to come out en mass to celebrate his 55th birthday with him because it is the grace of God that sustained him up till this moment.
“Oganla” thanked all his fans for the love and the acceptability given to him in the state and promised not to disappoint them.
The birthday celebration kick starts today Thursday,v 24th November, 2022 with the unveiling of Yes 101.7 FM Celebrate Icons to be followed by a superlative event at the prestigious Mauve 21, Ring Road, Ibadan. Time is 12 noon.
