Good Sex Secret To My Long Life, Says 102-Year-Old
Share on WhatsappShare on FacebookShare on TwitterShare on Linkedin

A 102-year-old British woman, Joyce Jackman, said that having fun in the sack is the secret to her life.

According to Jackman, who turned 102 on May 9, “good sex and good sherry” results in long-term satisfaction, according to the NY Post.

Jackson, a native of the UK, tells the nurses at her care facility in Essex that “good sex and good sherry” are the secrets to lasting happiness. She claims this combination has allowed her to live for over a century.

The former Royal Air Force chef’s family joined her in celebrating her special day, and the centenarian exclaimed that she “didn’t want the day to end.”

She remarked, “I had such a lovely day,” to South West News Service.

She said, “I can’t believe I’m 102.” “My constant consumption of chocolate must be what’s working,”

Before enlisting in the RAF as a cook during World War II, Jackman was a young girl who worked in a confectionery shop.

When the war was over in 1945, she wed Terence Jackman, the love of her life, and they went on to have a wonderful marriage.

Jackman enjoyed helping out with child care in her area, despite never having her own children of her own. She recalled baking with her mother and going out with her friends.

The resident’s sweet tooth is a favourite at her facility, Care UK’s Silversprings, Thorrington. She still adores chocolatey delicacies and spends her days doing crossword puzzles and reading the newspaper.

According to home manager Joanne Rix, “Joyce is a much-loved resident at the home,” and the staff feels “privileged” to have her around. “With her hilarious sense of humour and positive view on life, she never fails to make us laugh.

“It was wonderful to be a part of her special day,” Rix continued. “At Silversprings, we make a big effort to help residents lead fulfilling lives, and celebrating special occasions and birthdays plays a huge part in this,” the facility’s spokesperson said.

The crew also devised a suitable approach to honour her longevity further.

We had the distinction of raising a sherry in recognition of Joyce’s remarkable life thus far.
