AS Nigeria and indeed Africa is still trying to get over the untimely death of former Super Eagles coach, Stephen Keshi, 54, another former head coach, Amodu Shuaibu, 58, has been confirmed dead three days after.
The demise of Shuaibu came as a rude shock to the entire nation early Saturday morning. The official twitter handle of the Nigerian Football Federation (NFF) broke the news, revealing that the four time Super Eagles coach complained of chest pain late Friday night and died in his sleep.
The NFF Technical Director who only paid tribute and signed the condolence register of his former assistant, Keshi on Friday, died in similar circumstance as Keshi was said to have complained of leg pain before his death, Shuaibu died of chest pain.
Sports family has been reacting to the unfortunate incident, stating that Shuaibu’s death has only made the sore left by Keshi deeper.
