Obasanjo decided in Makurdi on Saturday when he went to the graves and laid wreath at the burial ground of the 73 casualties of herdsmen assault.
He said the proceeded with brutality and insurrection required joint effort and aggregate dire consideration, focusing on that handling security challenges must start from the roots to secure for all time arrangement.
