NATIONAL Leader of All Progressives Congress (APC) Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu has enjoined the people of Ekiti state to vote en mass for the party’s governorship candidate, Dr. Kayode Fayemi in the July 14, 2018 election in the state, to end poverty in the state.
Tinubu who made the call on Tuesday at Oluyemi Kayode stadium, Ado-Ekiti during the mega rally organised by APC in support of its governorship candidate, Fayemi, declared that the rejection of PDP in the state is rejection of poverty.
He asked the large crowd in the stadium that was filled to full capacity to give Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) final red card in the state by voting for APC governorship candidate.
“I want to tell you to give PDP final red card. Let everyone snap his/her fingers over his/her head to reject poverty.
“Let me tell you a vote for PDP is a vote for continuity in abject poverty. So my people of Ekiti state, let us send PDP out finally,” Tinubu said.
