SUPREME Court has dismissed the suit challenging the candidacy of Senator Fatima Gbemi Raji-Rasaki as the Peoples Democratic Candidate for Ekiti Central Senatorial district.
Oladimeji Ajijola had to ask the court to declare him the winner of the primary election.
Delivering the judgement, Justice Abba Haji said there was no life in the suit again due to the time frame.
He explained further that the tenure being confessed was almost over
