THE 2018 edition of Hon Segun Dokun Odebunmi (Bunvic), Chairman National Assembly Committee on Information National Orientation, Ethics and Value was held on Sunday, in Ogbomoso, Oyo State.

Hon Odebunmi, an All Progressives Congress (APC) chieftain represents Surulere Ogo Oluwa Federal constituency at the National Assembly

The event, which was held at Soun stadium Ogbomoso, featured, mock race, boxing competition, and novelty match between, Team Bunvic led by Hon Odebunmi and members of Nigeria Football, Association Ogbomoso Zone.

Director Generals of Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria (FRCN), Voice of Nigeria (VON), National Film and Censors Board and Nigeria Television Association (NTA), were represented at the event.

Also, Council chairmen, including Hon Gbodeniyi Ibrahim chairman Surulere Local government, Hon Israel Akinwumi Ogundiran chairman Surulere North LCDA, and other political office holders were in attendance.

Kayode Adebayo, Coach Rogamila, who is the organizer of the team told journalists that 60 teams participated in the game and 6 teams reach the finals with two each from three zones.

Speaking with Journalists, Hon Segun Dokun Odebunmi said the football competition is organized annually to further cement relationship among the youths in Ogbomoso and showcase talent

He maintained that “I have been so scoring sporting competition for over 10 years and since we started many of players we discovered are already playing professional football league, I am a player myself, I love the port so much.
