The NUJ Chairman said the Union had many things to thank God for, especially for the gift of lives, because the dreaded Coronavirus and EndSARS protest left sour tastes in the mouths.

He said the Union would use the opportunity to thank God and seek His protection for all Journalists in the year 2021 and beyond.

Babalola appreciated the Oyo State Government, Governor Seyi Makinde, and all other donors for standing by the Union throughout the year 2020 activities which climaxed with the recent unprecedented programmes of the week-long year 2020 Press Week celebrations.
