NTDC Gets Acting DG

Richard Ovie Esewhaye has been named as the Acting Director-General for the Nigerian Tourism Development Corporation (NTDC).

He took over from Mr Folorunsho Coker, whose tenure expired March 31st, 2021.

Reporters At Large learnt that Richard on his maiden address to the management staff of the Corporation on Wednesday revealed that the meeting was to formally inform staff that he has got the appointment letter from the ministry as Ag DG NTDC.

He solicited collaboration and cooperation from staff while asking them to go about their official duties and stop partition writing, saying “since it has not helped us.”

The acting NTDC DG noted that “the main duty of NTDC is to identified, market and promote Tourism that’s all our work other things are semantics.”
