In the bid to change the narratives of gospel entertainment in Africa, the Ile-Ife based Gospel musician and dancer, Adebiyi Adedayo Micheal popularly known as King Akewi Jesu Rap, is set for the second edition of Push Night Concert.
According to King Akewi, the concert aims to spread the gospel of Christ as music is a powerful weapon of evangelism, dance as an art of musical and cultural expression and a platform where gospel musicians across the world can meet to praise God.
“This year’s edition is the second edition of Push Night Concert and we deliberately tagged the musical concert.
“Night of Angels” because we are hopeful of praising God until something miraculous and mighty happens.
“Star Ranger Dancers are tirelessly working towards the success of the concert and we are expecting other gospel artists, the likes of Evang. Adeoyo Otemuyiwa, Moyowa Baakare Ajogun, Stella Benjamin, Peegrooves, Princegion D’Dove, D’ Psalmist Harmony and Amen Timothy.
“The concert is to take place at Christ Pentecostal International Apostolic Church, Afeki Opa Zone 4, Ile-Ife on the 3rd of December.
