Top Gospel artistes such as Tope Alabi, Lanre Teriba (Atorise), Esther Igbekele, Bunmi Akinnaanu (Omije Ojumi), Segun Ajidara, Babatunmise, Damola Dipo and Rhema Chapel International Church Oluyole Choir have been lined up to perform at the powerful Praise Night organized to celebrate the life of Madam Victoria Olakitan Ajanaku (JP), the late mom of Otunba Rotimi Ajanaku.
The mother of the popular businessman cum politician who died on Saturday 21st August, 2021 at the age of 74 will be honoured with the star-studded praise night on Thursday, 16th December 2021, at the Hall of Grace, Jogor Events Centre, Liberty Road, Ibadan.
The duo of popular OAP, Enitan Olusegun Bamidele (EOB) and the talented skit maker, Ayo Ajewole, popularly known as ‘Woli Agba’, will be on ground to thrill the guests as the official MC’s for the program.
The funeral service according to the outlined burial plans by the family of the deceased will take place on Friday 17th at the Christ Apostolic Church, Olugbode, Odo-Ona, Ibadan by 11.00am.
Reception follows immediately at the Obafemi Awolowo Stadium, (formerly Liberty Stadium), Ibadan.
Evang. Ebenezer Obey, Musiliu Haruna-Ishola and the Aristos Band will be on ground to entertain guests.
The deceased, Madam Victoria Olakitan Ajanaku was born on 5th May, 1947, to the family of Pa. Ayodele and Madam Fatimo Ogundalenu in Ondo State. She was a trained Auxiliary Nurse and practiced for many years before she retired. Apart from nursing, she was also into business until her death on Saturday 21st August, 2021. She is survived by lovely children and grandchildren.
