Vice President Yemi Osinbajo On Sunday extolled the virtues of the late former governor of Oyo State, Otunba Adebayo Alao-Akala whom he described as extremely generous person.

Osinbajo made this known during his visit to the Opadoyin, Randa, Ogbomoso home of the late politician.

Osinbajo, who was accompanied to the deceased’s house by Governor Seyi Makinde, said himself and Prof Oyewo Oyelowo (SAN), Akala’s nephew, used to go to the former governor anytime they needled pocket money.

“Long before I became a professor of law, I have known our dear uncle Adebayo Alao Akala. Anytime I think about him i smile because he was a very special being.”

Professor Oyelowo Oyewo was my link to him, he was his nephew. So, then, if we needed a little pocket money we found a way of getting to our dear uncle, even long before he became the governor of Oyo State.
