One of the aspirants for the Oyo State House of Assembly under the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ogbomoso North, Prince Joseph Yemi Ajani, is dead.
Prince Ajani died on Thursday night of complications from an injury sustained after he was hit by a reckless truck driver in Ogbomoso.
It was gathered that the truck hit the motorcycle and he was seriously injured and gave up the ghost before he got to the hospital.
Some of his friends and political associates who confirmed the development to our reporter said they put a call through to his line and the person that picked it up told them, he did not survive the accident and his body has been deposited at the morgue
They described him as a responsible man who is passionate about the advancements of people around him
