It was amazing when the paramount ruler of Remoland, Oba Babatunde Adewale Ajayi, on Friday, June 2, 2023, led other royal fathers to pay a royal visit to the owner of AMBA Properties Limited, Chief Peter Oluwole Ogunbayo, in his office at Sabo Sagamu, Ogun State.
It would be recalled that Oba Ajayi, the Akarigbo and Paramount Ruler of Remoland, was not in the country during the commissioning of the edifice held recently, which then necessitated the royal visit.
The Eleposo of Eposo said the opening prayer, Oba M.O Akanji.
In his remarks, the Akarigbo, Oba Ajayi described Chief Ogunbayo as someone who has contributed immensely to the development of Remoland in particular and Ogun State in general, praying for success for him in all his endeavours.
Other royal fathers, including the Onipara of Ipara Remo and Oba Taiwo Taiwo, also hailed the real estate guru as a good person who always supported people in one way or another in a positive way.
The Amba Properties Limited boss, Ogunbayo, in his vote of thanks, lauded the Imperial Majesty for the honour done him by leaving his palace to come and visit him in his office, while also thanking the other royal fathers and business stakeholders who followed Oba Ajayi, to his new office and prayed for journey mercy back to their various destinations.
Similarly, the wife of the host, Mrs Eunice Ogunbayo, also thanked Oba Ajayi and all the royal fathers that followed him as well as other dignitaries present at the occasion.
The award-winning caterer and Managing Director of Ripples Catering and Events, Eunice Olaseeke Adeoye, was the official caterer for the event.
The Akarigbo and other royal fathers and dignitaries at the occasion lauded her for the good food supplied at the event, which inspired the monarch to book Ripples for his next event.
