Ogbomoso Pivotal Club, a group of passionate Ogbomoso indigenes, said that the reign of Oba Ghandi Afolabi, Olaoye Orumogege III, as the Soun of Ogbomosoland has ushered in a new era of development to the ancient town.
The club in a statement signed by the president, Mr Joel Owoade, President and General Secretary Dcn Gbite Adegoke to celebrate Oba Ghandi’s birthday, said the transformative impact he has had on the region is paving the way for a brighter future.
“Oba Ghandi’s unwavering commitment to the progress and advancement of our community is truly commendable,under his guidance, we have witnessed remarkable strides in infrastructure, social welfare, and economic growth, all of which have enhanced the lives of our people.”
While the Ogbomoso Pivotal Club pledged their unwavering support and continuous contributions towards the realization of Oba Olaoye’s vision for Ogbomosoland.
The group also expressed their enthusiasm to work hand-in-hand with the traditional ruler to ensure that his 25-year development plan for the region comes to fruition.
