Veteran actress Fausat Balogun, popularly known as Madam Saje, has explained why she frequently portrays the mother of Nollywood star Odunlade Adekola in Yoruba films.

In an interview with City People, she revealed that their strong bond and mutual understanding make their on-screen relationship feel natural and authentic.

“I often act as his mother in movies because we share a deep connection. Without even speaking, I can anticipate his next moves on set. He is like a son to me, and that makes our roles together come out perfectly” she said.
