Engr. Abduljelyl Adekunle Karheem CEO of Afia Group and the Mogaji of Adanla family of Ibadan, is set to host the crème de la crème of society in a landmark event on Wednesday, December 24th, 2025, at Chief Lateef Oyelade GRA, Ring Road, Ibadan.

The year-end celebration and grand commissioning of his latest projects, Afia Apartment and Afia Court, will draw an impressive array of dignitaries, underscoring Adanla’s significant impact on Ibadan’s development landscape.

Leading the impressive array of top dignitaries expected to grace this iconic occasion is the Governor of Oyo State, His Excellency Engr. Seyi Makinde. The Governor’s presence, no doubt, signifies the state government’s recognition of Adanla’s contributions to housing and economic growth.

Joining Governor Makinde will be His Imperial Majesty, the Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba Rasidi Adewolu Ladoja (Arusa I), a testament to Adanla’s deep roots and respect within the traditional establishment.

Further adding to the gravitas of the occasion are prominent figures such as Chief Kola Karim, the astute Chairman of Shoreline Energy International and the Agba Oye of Ibadanland, whose business acumen is widely respected, as well as the Okere of Saki, HRM Oba (Dr.) Khalid Oyeniyi Olabisi Oyedepo III; Onpetu of Ijeruland, Oba Sunday Oladapo Oyediran Lagbami Osekun III; and the Olugbon of Orile-Igbon, Oba (Dr.) Francis Olushola Alao, reflecting the widespread influence and reach of Adanla’s network.

The collective attendance of these esteemed individuals, alongside numerous other captains of industry, community leaders, and well-wishers, speaks volumes about the trust and admiration Adanla commands.

Adanla, who doubles as Turaki Adinni of Oyo State, Wakil Faido Tijaniya of Yorubaland, Edo and Delta states, and Giwa Adinni of Offa Land, is known for his innovative approach and commitment to delivering quality, affordable luxury housing solutions, and has consistently pushed the boundaries of real estate development in Oyo State.

The Afia Apartment and Afia Court projects are the latest jewels in his crown, promising modern living spaces designed to meet the evolving needs of real estate customers.

While Afia Apartment consists of 24 units of 2-bedroom service apartments, Afia Court has 9 units of 3-bedroom service apartments, 2 units of 3-bedroom fully detached duplexes, one unit of 4-bedroom fully detached duplex, and one unit of 2-bedroom fully detached duplex, all located in Chief Lateef Oyelade GRA, Ring Road, Ibadan.

These developments, which come with several modern facilities including a Day Care and Supermart, are not just buildings; they represent Adanla’s vision for a more prosperous and well-housed community.
