The Management of the University College Hospital (UCH), Ibadan, under the leadership of the Chief Medical Director, Prof. Jesse Abiodun Otegbayo, has announced the appointment of Mrs. Mojisola Daini as the new Head of the Internal Audit Department.
The appointment, which takes retrospective effect from July 21, 2026, follows the mandatory retirement of the department’s former head.
According to institutional sources, the strategic appointment aligns with the premier health institution’s ongoing commitment to upholding robust financial governance, transparency, and operational excellence across its divisions.
Congratulating Mrs. Daini on her new role, Prof. Otegbayo expressed strong confidence in her capacity to lead and modernize the internal audit apparatus. He emphasized that a strengthened audit system will play a pivotal role in driving the hospital’s core tripartite mandate: delivering top-tier healthcare service, advancing clinical education, and fostering groundbreaking medical research.
