PRESIDENT Muhammadu Buhari on Wednesday announced the portfolios for the just inaugurated ministers. Some of the former ministers retained their positions

Buhari who was the minister of petroleum retained his position, the same with Alhaji Lai Mohammed as the minister of information and culture.
