OYO State Police Command on Thursday said the command would bring the hoodlums who murdered Founder of Oko-Oloyun Worldwide and De-Fayus International, Alhaji Fatai Yusuf (Aka Oko Oloyun), to justice.
The Oyo Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) Mr Gbenga Fadeyi, said State’s Commissioner of Police, Shina Olukolu, who visited the scene of the incident has directed a high-powered manhunt for the killers of Oko Oloyun, with a vow to bring them to justice.
It was gathered the hoodlums trailed the deceased, who until his death was the President of the Physiotherapists’ Association of Nigeria from Lagos till the point where he was murdered.
Oko Oloyun was killed around 4:30pm on the road while travelling to Iseyin, Oyo State by unknown gunmen on Igbo-Ora-Eruwa Road in Oyo State.
It was also learnt that the deceased, who was the manufacturer of popular Yoyo Bitters and Fijk Flusher, among other herbal products, always opted for that route to avoid insecurity on the major roads.
