The FIFA officials were received this afternoon at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja, by the NFF board led by the President, Amaju Pinnick, and some other members, accompanied by some football club owners in the country.
The visit is to rekindle FIFA’s commitment towards developing football in Nigeria and Africa and promote corporate support for the sport in Nigeria.
Also, the Minister of Youth and Sports, Barrister Solomon Dalung, and NFF President Pinnick will lead the FIFA team to meet Nigeria’s president, President Muhammadu Buhari (GCFR), at the Aso Rock Presidential Villa on a courtesy visit.
