The President of Women in MICE and the Chief Executive Officer of Bboog Travels and Tours Limited, Hajia Bilqīs Abdul, has congratulated President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on his peaceful inauguration and assumption of office.

In the message, Hajiya Bilqis Abdul, who is also the Immediate Past National President of the Nigeria Association of Tour Operators, NATOP, described President Tinubu’s election, emergence, and inauguration as divine acts of the almighty Allah, who enthrones and dethrones rulers.

In the letter, Hajia Bilqīs Abdul noted, ‘When the Almighty Allah, the most beneficient and the merciful, decides to raise a man or bless a being, no amount of propaganda, conspiracy, intrigue, plot or subterfuge can truncate his ascension to glory. And this is what has been your lot ‘

She pointed out that ‘Your emergence and subsequent peaceful inauguration on the 29th of May 2023 was a divine testimony that you have a covenant with History, a covenant which no human or element can prevent you from fulfilling.’

Hajia Bilqīs Abdul said ‘It is a covenant that you will set Nigeria as a country and Nigerians on the path of enviable progress, advancement and greatness.’

She pointed out “Mr President, you must note from the outset that ruling Nigeria is not a tea cup’s affair nor a jolly matter but the almighty Allah will show you mercy and enrich your wisdom with which you will successfully scale over the administrative hurdles of governing Nigeria and locating the hidden golden treasures within it for sustainable development of the nation.”

Hajia Bilqīs Abdul honed out in her letter “Your Excellency, one of the economic treasures which abound within the geographical colony of this great nation is tourism, a sector that has raised and catapulted many developing countries to developed nations. This sector is crying and weeping for urgent attention and swift development in Nigeria.”

Hajia Bilqīs Abdul noted ‘ Your Excellency, I implore you to take a special interest in the development of this sector which has suffered terrible neglect and relegation in the scale of national development in the last 16 years.”

She assured President Tinubu that “Your Excellency, this sector has abundant material and human resources who are willing, ready, and eager to reinforce any critical effort to develop tourism.”

Hajia Bilqīs Abdul told the President, “Fear not, don’t worry, and make bold decisions, for the Almighty Allah is with you. Once again, I congratulate you. May the mercy of Allah be upon you as you govern Nigeria to greatness.”
