How Ijo Mimo Ibukun Orisun Iye Celebrated 35 Years Anniversary Amidst Spiritual Reawakening, Wedding, Naming Thanksgiving of Members

The 35th founder anniversary of Ijo Mimo Ibukun Orisun Iye, located in Olaiya Street, Lawani Layout off Oleyo Road, Odo Ona Elewe, Tipper Garage, Ibadan, has ended. Still, the spiritual reawakening, wedding anniversary, and Naming thanksgivings of the Owodunni Olubamiro and Oyebode families will remain indelible during the celebration.

The celebration started with the opening prayer offered by the church leader, Senior Leader Damola Olatunde, who set the eclectic tone for the anniversary.

The reading of the only lessons by Prophetess Mary Ojeikere and a confession prayer by Evangelist Rufai followed this. In contrast, a special prayer coordinated by Most Senior Apostle Tunde Fajutu further sealed the evangelistic potential synonymous with the two men and women of God of Ijo Mimo Ibukun Orisun Iye.

The church choir, led by Abiodun Olaniyi, then rendered praises and worship songs, electrifying the church auditorium with a scintillating rendition of gospel tunes. In contrast, the founder and spiritual head of the church, Prophetess Mary Osunla (JP) Iya Kano, ended the praises with prayers.

Thereafter, a special announcement was read by the church secretary, Lady Evangelist Bola Raji, assisted by the district head of the church and Special Apostle Ale, and the offering was received and coordinated by Senior Leader Damola with the assistance of deputy district head, Ijo Mimo Ibukun Orisun Iye, and Most Senior Apostle Tunde Fajutu, who called the family of Oyebode to come out for child outing thanksgiving, followed by wedding thanksgiving of Owodunni Olubamiro’s family.

During the thanksgiving, Baba Aladura, Snr. Sup. Apostles J O Adeopa (GCOE), Baale Oonigbagbo, and Oluyole local government came in, followed by the special rendering of songs by the church choir. At the same time, the district head, Ijo Mimo Ibukun Orisun Iye, Senior Apostle Ale, preached the word of God.

During an interview with Apreel1 Events TV, Mr Aliu Oyebode, popularly known as Dangote, and his daughter, Wuraola, thanked all the people who attended the naming ceremony of Wuraola and Owokunle, who got married recently, and prayed to God to bless them abundantly.

Also, the district head, Ijo Mimo Ibukun Orisun Iye Special Apostle Ale, and his deputy, Most Senior Apostle Tunde Fajutu, thanked the founder of the church, Prophetess Mary Osunla, for the spiritual backing of all the church members, both home and abroad. They also thanked all the dignitaries present at the occasion for their presence and prayed for journey mercy to their various destinations.
