Managing Director of Dollar Construction Nigeria Limited, Engineer Idowu Lamidi, has described the Chairman of the Federal Inland Revenue Service, Dr Zacch Adedeji, as a leading light and one of the best brains representing Oyo State in the government of President Tinubu.
Engr. Lamidi, who said this while celebrating the FIRS boss on his 46th birthday, added that Zacch Adedji is “dedicated, diligent, reliable, and deserves the best.”
The statement released at the Dollar Construction office in Abuja to journalists described the amiable FIRS boss as a finance professional, a trusted expert, and one of the people tasked with the mission of making a success out of the present administration.
The CEO of Dollar Construction expressed his thoughts clearly, describing ‘Zacch’ as a prominent figure and one of the most intelligent individuals representing Oyo State in President Tinubu’s administration.
Adedeji, 46, bagged a first-class degree in Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife.
At 33, he became the Oyo State Commissioner for Finance under the late Governor Abiola Ajimobi.
Owing to his expertise in corporate tax and public finance development, Adedeji was appointed as the Executive Secretary of the National Sugar Development Council.
Adedeji co-founded RTR, a financial consulting firm that specialises in providing comprehensive financial advisory and policy development services to public administrators and private institutions across West Africa.
Before he was appointed to the FIRS acting chair, Adedeji was the Special Adviser (Revenue) to the President.
