Two Ekiti Youths Inducted Into 100 Tourism Personalities In Nigeria

In a remarkable achievement for the state, two young individuals of Ekiti origin, Peculiar Ekiran and Ogunleye Dolapo, have been officially inducted into the prestigious 2024 100 Tourism Personalities in Nigeria.

The induction ceremony occurred today at the National Museum in Onikan, Lagos, under the auspices of the notable tourism industry publication ATQ Magazine.

Peculiar Ekiran, appointed by Governor Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji as the Special Assistant for Tourism Development, has shown exceptional dedication to promoting tourism in Ekiti State. With his extensive knowledge and passion for the sector, Ekiran is set to impact the state’s tourism industry significantly.

Another outstanding individual is Ogunleye Dolapo, a distinguished Tourism and Hospitality Study program graduate at Afe Babalola University in Ado Ekiti. Dolapo currently serves as a valued member of the Ekiti State Bureau of Tourism Development, contributing significantly to the growth and development of the state’s tourism sector.

During the induction ceremony, Amb Ikechi Uko, the Publisher of ATQ Magazine, acknowledged Peculiar Ekiran and Ogunleye Dolapo’s outstanding contributions and achievements. He commended them for their dedication, professionalism, and commitment to excellence, which have earned them recognition as worthy ambassadors of Ekiti State.
