While I may not be a traditional “Governor Lucky Orimisan Ayedatiwa’s person,” due to my deep-rooted relationships with Hon. Wale Akinterinwa and Princess Catherine Oladunni Odu, I fully recognize the immense support Governor Aiyedatiwa has garnered from prominent figures such as Dr. Kayode Ajulo, SAN, CON, and Ondo State Attorney General Dr. Rahman Olusegun Mimiko. Both men, whose profound impact on my life remains unforgettable, are pillars of support for Governor Aiyedatiwa’s success in the upcoming Ondo State gubernatorial election is very critical to the sustainable and rapid grow of Ondo State, a state of seawater, bitumen, cocoa, crude oil and humongous cultural tourism assets.
My objective view of Governor Aiyedatiwa is informed by a detailed assessment of his administration and leadership. Since taking office following the passing of Brother Odunayo (the late Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, former Governor of Ondo State), Ayedatiwa has conducted himself with integrity, humility, and a commitment to public service.
He has avoided the pitfalls of arrogance, instead embodying a respectful and responsible approach to governance.
