Ace Mall, a prominent supermarket and retail brand, officially opened its 14th outlet in Challenge, Ibadan, Oyo State, on Tuesday, December 23rd, 2025.

This magnificent building, completed in just four months, was inaugurated by Bishop Richard Ige, alongside the family, friends, and associates of Ace Mall CEO, Prince Adeyinka Afonja.

Ige also commended Prince Afonja for his consistency, calling it “a sign of excellence.” He noted that “every new branch of Ace Mall comes with a new touch.

Prince Afonja attributed the new branch’s success to divine grace, praising the construction team for the prompt completion and expressing gratitude to his supportive friends and family.

He stated, “It is not just conceivable ordinarily that a project of this magnitude will be done in four months. That is not money but grace… I’m humbled by this achievement, and I return all glory to the Almighty father who is actually the original owner of the vision. I’m just a vessel.”

Afonja further explained that Ace Mall aims not only for profit but also to create employment and train future entrepreneurs as instructed by God.

He admonished staff to protect their jobs, maintain honesty and integrity, and resist temptation.

He encouraged them to value their experiences at Ace Mall, envisioning them dominating the Nigerian business landscape in the coming years.

“I will implore you to be focused and dedicated to your jobs as you are the starting point and end point for customers like Bishop Ige had rightly said,” he added.

Like its other locations, the new Ace Mall, Challenge branch offers a diverse range of stores, including a Supermarket, Unisex Salon, Eatery, Photo Studio, Pharmacy, Cinema, Games Arcade, and Lounge.

This latest addition expands Ace Mall’s presence across the South West and North Central regions, with existing branches in Bodija, Saki, Oyo, Ogbomoso, Ilorin, Oluyole, Akobo, Abeokuta, Ijebu-Ode, Sagamu, Osogbo, Ile-Ife, and Iseyin.

The Challenge branch is set to redefine the local shopping experience, blending tradition with modern retail convenience and the excellent services Ace Mall is known for.
