Africa Tourism Partners has announced that the Africa Business Tourism & MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions) Masterclass, been rescheduled to 25–26 June 2026. The venue of the event, which serves as a vital hub for business tourism development, remains BDO Offices, 52 Collette Drive, Illovo, Johannesburg, South Africa.

According to the organisers, the shift in schedule ensures that this flagship programme maintains its high standard of delivery.

Under the theme “Unlocking optimal economic value and revenues for Africa MICE Destinations and Businesses,” the event continues its mission. It remains the only pan-African, industry-focused platform dedicated to advancing skills development, knowledge exchange, and collaboration within the MICE sector.

Industry leaders view the rescheduling as an opportunity to further refine the curriculum. Their collective expertise ensures that every attendee gains actionable insights into modern event management and tourism strategies.

Strengthening Economic Growth and Partnerships

Strategic partners supporting this initiative include BDO, ICCA, the Southern Africa Association for the Conference Industry (SAACI), UN Tourism, SITE Africa, South African Tourism, and the Gauteng Tourism Authority. Their involvement highlights the Africa MICE Masterclass as a critical vehicle for professional development.
