In the spirit of the yuletide, the Motor Dealers Association of Nigeria (MODAN), Oyo State chapter, Bodija zone, Ibadan, has donated relief materials to the less privileged children as part of activities to mark the association’s end-of-year celebrations this year.
The zonal chairman, Snr. Evang. Adedeji James, who led other members of his executives to the Cheshire Homes, beside The Polytechnics, Ibadan, Sango, said the gesture was part of the association’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CRS), which entails giving back to society, especially the poor, who may not have the opportunity of sharing in the fun and joy which the yuletide offers.
Adedeji, the CEO of JBond Multibiz Services Ltd and Oje Autos, said, ‘The reason for celebrating with the less privileged kids was borne out of the desire to put smiles on the faces of the children in the spirit of the season.’ And thereafter come together at Slot 1, opposite Bovas Petrol Station, Secretariat Road, Bodija to merry.”
He, however, commended the leadership style of the Oyo State Chairman of MODAN, Alhaji Musibau Sulaiman, the CEO of MAITO Motors and coordinator in diasporas, and Elder Olujide Olumide Macdonald, popularly known as SP General of Michigan.
