The founder of Ejesgist Media and Co-founder of Ijaw Voice, Omajemite Don, has called on Senator Ovie Omo-Agege and Hon Efe Afe to help salvage the suffering of Deltans, by fixing the dead trapped Effurun-Sapele Road.

He made this call during a press conference, held for Journalism students, at the National Broadcast Academy, NBA Lagos.

He said, “I, being the voice of the people, I have to speak of this suffering, currently faced by Deltans and Nigerians going to Warri, Port Harcourt, using Effurun-Sapele Road.

I must confess Deltans, and Nigerians are suffering using the dead trapped Effurun-Sapele Road. The bad spot on the road has made life a hell for all motorists. Effurun to Sapele which usually takes forty minutes now takes over four hours.

I’m using this medium to beg the Deputy President of the Senate, Senator Ovie Omo-Agege and the Lawmaker representing Sapele, Okpe, Uvwie Federal Constituency, Hon Efe Afe to use their office, power, to influence the Presidency, the Federal Road Maintenance Agency, FERMA, to fix the road with ultimate priority.”
