The All Progressive Congress (APC) Oyo State caucus at the Federal House of Representative has commiserated with the government and people of Oyo State on the shocking loss of the late Commissioner for Environment and Natural Resources, RT. Hon. Kehinde Ayoola who died while in active service in the state.
The caucus also called for proper immortalization of the late Commissioner.
Hon Ayoola was also a former speaker of the state House of Assembly during the era of former Governor of Oyo State, late Alhaji Lamidi Adesina.
The leader of the caucus, Hon. Segun Dokun Odebunmi, representing Ogo-Oluwa and Surulere Federal constituency, in a special condolence message noted that Kehinde Ayoola is a quintessential leader with brilliant qialities.
“He will always be remembered among acquaintances and friends for his timeless contributions that spanned across varying tendencies, groups and political leanings,” the condolence letter read in part.
The group noted that the Oyo State PDP made a huge progress under his shrewd support and guidance.
“It is unfortunate that he had to leave at a time when his experience and knowledge were needed to help the state achieved a pace-setting excellence in her democratic journey.
“At this hour of difficulty, we request you to please accept our sincere condolence and please extend the same to his family and friends. He was truly a gem of a person and a great loss to the state. We are all going to miss him”.
