The engagement and wedding ceremony between Olatayo Esther and Samuel Tobiloba on Saturday, 24 June 2023, was excellent. Pastor Taiwo Daramola opened the ceremony with a prayer.
Thereafter, the groom, Samuel Tobiloba, was ushered into the hall at St. Joseph Secondary School, Ilorin. At the same time, the bride, Olatayo Esther, was also called to join her husband in the hall, after which the sister of the bride, Margaret Salako, read the proposal letter.
The reception followed immediately after the engagement ceremony, during which the Master of Ceremony, Adefisoye Ojo, popularly called Imole alongside Hazzes Kushimo, was in charge.
The family members of the groom and bride were called to the reserved seat after the introduction of the Chairman, Pastor Henry Awolowo.
In his advice, Pastor Awolowo said the couple had started a new life and must not allow a third party in their midst because no man should dismantle what God has joined together.
He added that when there is a rift between them,, they should settle it amicably within themselves and finally pray for each other.
Thereafter, the cake cutting was coordinated by the Masters of Ceremony, Ojo and Kushimo.
